Session overview
Our South Asian Women and Girls football sessions are designed to create an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment for players of all abilities. Taking place every Wednesday evening, the sessions provide a safe space for women and girls from South Asian communities to enjoy football, improve their skills, and make new connections.
Led by qualified coaches, the programme focuses on building confidence both on and off the pitch, while celebrating identity, culture, and community through the power of sport. Whether participants are stepping onto the pitch for the first time or looking to continue their football journey, these sessions are open, welcoming, and accessible to all.
