Speak Out Safe is our safeguarding reporting system at Notts County Foundation, and there are separate portals operating that cover Club and Foundation.

We want to be informed about any matters of concern. This includes low level concerns, or maybe something that doesn’t seem quite right.

No matter how trivial it may be, it’s important everything is reported. It is vital that we speak up, and as a responsible employer we want to address all matters properly to avoid similar situations in the future.

Everyone have the right to report any matters of concern. This may include any breach of safeguarding protocols, a criminal offence, or something that goes against the values of our organisation. It may also include a breach of health and safety regulations operations that pose a threat to life and health.

Anyone who reports a concern can choose to remain anonymous. In this eventuality, that person will be assigned a username and password so they can log in later to communicate with the case handler. Remaining anonymous can last for as long as that person wishes. As an anonymous reporter, they can receive their username and password via SMS or email, and it is not possible to trace them after.
