We are so excited to be running our amazing Easter Camps again and we want to reassure that our holiday provision will continue to deliver an amazing programme of activities for young people, while complying with Government’s restrictions. It’s of upmost importance to us that we create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our participants and we are following government guidance to make these camps Covid-19 safe.

The camps are a great way to get active and gain confidence, all whilst having fun in a safe environment. As with all Notts County Foundation coaching programmes, the emphasis is on enjoyment, learning new skills, making friends and participating in small sided games whatever the sport!

Dates and Times:

Venue: Redhill Leisure Centre, Redhill Road

Dates: 12th April – 16th April 2021

Time: 10am to 4pm each day.

Prices:

£59 for the week or £15 per session

 

A few things to note when you attend our camps:

COVID Information -Drop off and collection will take place outside the main entrance to the Leisure Centre during a 15-minute window. Participants will be collected and dropped back to this area by the Coaches. Temperature checks will take place on each participant before entering the session, anything above 37.8 and they will not be allowed to the session. -We will have a set isolation room should any participants develop symptoms while with us. This will be well ventilated, and you will be contacted to collect them. -First aid intervention will follow normal guidelines with added protocol of PPE equipment used by staff for their own and the participants protection. Will we have a designated first aider for each session. -All activities during the session will comply with the government and FA guidelines, any equipment used during activities will be sanitised before and after each session. -We expect participants to follow the safety rules of the Centre while using the building such as one-way systems and sanitising station throughout the centre. We will be using the outside space of the 3G pitch. This means there will be no changing facility available. We have indoor access to toilets but when indoors there will be small numbers take at a time and socially distanced while in the building.  Own hand gel and face masks are permitted. – Children should come prepared for all weather conditions. -In the event of camps being cancelled due to COVID or a local or national lockdown, bookings will be transferred to another camp and refunds will not be issued.

Due to current restrictions if bad weather persists due to being unable to go inside unfortunately the session on that day will have to be cancelled and if children are at the session emergency contact numbers will be used to contact parents / carers to pick up the children.

Please ensure that your child wears trainers and socks, with suitable clothing for physical activity, for both Hot and cold weather.

Please ensure that enough drinks are bought for the whole day and are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

Notts County Foundation may wish to take some photos, If you do not wish for your child to be photographed please inform the coach when you arrive.

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before you are due to start, to ensure prompt start of your session.

PLEASE NOTE LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
